1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Sinefil Forum, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't register or use the forum.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your local law) to register.
- You're responsible for the security of your account and for everything posted under it.
- Provide accurate information and keep your email address up to date — it's how we reach you about your account.
- One account per person. Don't impersonate anyone else.
3. Your content
- You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant Sinefil Forum a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and store it as part of running the forum — including keeping it visible (reassigned to a "deleted user" placeholder, not removed) if you later delete your account, so that other members' discussions remain readable.
- You're responsible for what you post. Don't post anything illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that violates someone else's rights.
- We may remove content or accounts that violate these Terms or our community rules, at our own discretion, without prior notice.
4. Rules
Don't:
- harass, threaten, or abuse other members,
- post spam, malware, or unsolicited advertising,
- impersonate another person or organization,
- circumvent a ban or moderation action,
- scrape or bulk-download the forum without permission.
Moderators and administrators may warn, ban (temporarily or indefinitely), or remove content at their discretion. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data if your account is removed.
5. Intellectual property
The Sinefil Forum name, design, and software are ours (or our licensors'). This doesn't affect your ownership of your own posts (see §3).
6. Disclaimer
The forum is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it available and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that content posted by members is accurate, complete, or lawful — that responsibility sits with whoever posted it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Sinefil Forum isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the forum.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms as the forum changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.
10. Contact
This is a first draft, written to reflect how this forum actually operates. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer — treat it as a good-faith starting point, not final legal advice.
